What this page covers

This page describes the public website at motormind.autos. It does not describe the MotorMind product itself. If you are a workshop using MotorMind, the data inside your account is governed by the agreement between your business and Tzamun Arabia IT Co, not by this page.

The distinction matters. Your workshop’s customer records, vehicle data, invoices and payroll live in the product. Nothing on this marketing website touches them, and nothing described here gives this website access to them.

Cookies and browser storage

Until recently this site set no cookies at all. It now sets the cookies Google Analytics needs, and nothing else. There are no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers and no social media pixels.

Separately from cookies, the site stores four small entries in your browser’s localStorage to remember choices you made yourself. These are not cookies, are never transmitted anywhere, and can be cleared with your browser’s site data.

• _ga — set by Google Analytics to distinguish one browser from another. First-party.
• _ga_8SB0BTD01P — set by Google Analytics to keep session state. First-party.
• motormind-theme and motormind-theme-manual — whether you chose light or dark, and whether you chose it deliberately.
• motormind-language and motormind-language-manual — whether you chose English or Arabic, and whether you chose it deliberately.

Google Analytics, and how to refuse it

We use Google Analytics 4 to answer one question: which pages people actually read. That tells us what to write next. It reports pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device and browser type, and where a visit came from. It does not tell us who you are, and we make no attempt to identify individual visitors.

Google acts as our processor for this and receives your IP address in order to serve the request. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are treated differently by default: analytics storage is set to denied for those regions, so no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. We do that instead of showing everyone a consent banner, because MotorMind is built for Saudi requirements and is not sold into those markets.

• You can refuse analytics anywhere by using Google’s official opt-out browser add-on.
• Any browser setting that blocks third-party scripts or cookies will also stop it.
• Clearing your site data removes the cookies; they are recreated on your next visit unless you block them.
• If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, nothing is collected in the first place.

What you send us, if you choose to

This website has no contact form, no newsletter signup and no account creation. There is nothing on it that captures your details as you browse. Every way of reaching us is a link out to a channel you control.

If you contact us through one of them, we receive whatever you put in that message and use it to answer you and to discuss whether MotorMind fits your workshop.

• WhatsApp — the demo buttons open a WhatsApp conversation with a prefilled message. Your number and message are visible to us, and WhatsApp handles the message itself under its own terms.
• Email to info@motormind.autos — whatever you write, plus your email address.
• Phone — a call to the number on this site.
• We do not add you to a mailing list from any of these, and we do not sell or share contact details with anyone.

Third parties this site touches

Three, and only one of them receives anything beyond the technical request needed to serve a file.

• Google Analytics — receives the analytics data described above, subject to the regional defaults.
• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — the two typefaces are requested from Google, which means Google sees your IP address as part of serving the files. No cookie is set by this.
• WhatsApp — only if you click a WhatsApp link, at which point you are on WhatsApp rather than on this site.
• Links to tzamun.sa and tzamun.ai leave this site for our parent company’s own pages, which have their own terms.
• Nothing else. No chat widget, no heatmap tool, no A/B testing service, no advertising network, no social media embed.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you have rights over personal data relating to you, including the right to be informed about how it is used, to request access to it, to request correction of it, and to request its destruction.

In practice, this website holds almost nothing to exercise those rights against — there is no account and no record of you beyond aggregate analytics that does not identify individuals. If you have contacted us directly, we hold that correspondence, and you can ask us to delete it.

• To ask what we hold, or to have correspondence deleted, email info@motormind.autos.
• To stop analytics collection, use the opt-out add-on or block the script; no request to us is needed.
• If you are an employee or customer of a workshop that uses MotorMind, your data sits with that workshop, not with this website — address requests to them.

Changes, retention and contact

Analytics data is retained by Google for the period configured in the property. Correspondence you send us is kept for as long as it is useful to the conversation, and deleted on request.

If this site later adds anything that collects more — a contact form, a chat widget, advertising or remarketing — this page will be updated before that goes live, not after. The date at the top of the page tells you when it last changed.
